All wedding and event lodging arrangements are made by the "sponsor" of the event (ie: the wedding couple or person in charge of the event.) Please contact them to inquire about making a suite reservation, staying in the bunk rooms of the lodge, or camping in the recreational meadow or our group camping area, Barn Canyon. - Event dates can be held after an initial inquiry for 15 days.
- Reservations must be secured with a 15% non-refundable deposit and a signed Letter of Agreement.
- The 15% non-refundable deposit is our cancelation fee.
- Events also require a fully refundable damage deposit at the time of event.
- Payments can be made by check or credit card. Credit card payment incurs 3.5% fee.
